MEETING LOCATION

The Policy Advisory Committee meetings are held in Conference Room 306 located on the 3rd Floor of the Amarillo City Hall, 509 SE Seventh Avenue in Downtown Amarillo. Click Here for a location map. Bilingual assistance is available.

The MPO will attempt to post meeting agendas and notices as soon as dates and times are confirmed.
At a minimum, and in accordance with MPO procedure, the agenda will be posted and available 72 hours prior to the meeting.  Please call the MPO office at (806) 378-6293 if you have any questions or comments.


Upon request, the Amarillo Metropolitan Planning Organization will make every effort to provide auxiliary aids and services to those who qualify as a disabled individual under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Amarillo City Hall is accessible by individuals with disabilities through its main entry on the south side (SE 7th Avenue) of the building. An access ramp leading to the main entry is at the southwest corner of the building. Parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available in the south parking lot. City Hall is equipped with restroom facilities, communication equipment, and elevators that are accessible. Individuals with disabilities, who require special accommodations or a sign language interpreter, must make a request with the Traffic Engineering Department, two business days before the meeting, by telephoning 378-6293, or the City TTD number 378-4229.
